Integrative Resilience Coaching


Approach

My passion lies in embodied psychology, awakening individuals to the bi-directional relationship of the mind and body. Supporting clients as they find find new ways to navigate the waves of healing and personal growth. With clinical expertise in the mind and human behavior as well as personal experiences in healing through yoga, my approach to resilience coaching weaves elements of the sciences and holistic practices.

Strengthening our ‘resilience muscles’ and emotional awareness, we will explore old thought patterns while deepening the relationship between the body and reconnect with our core Self. Together we will make room for new narratives rooted in self-compassion, purpose and strength.

Who I Support?

As a result of my personal experience finding solace and purpose through healing, my passion lies in working with:

  1. Those who commit to caring for others; health care providers, therapists, family caregivers, crisis response, humanitarian aid workers, nurses…etc. This population is often exposed to secondary trauma and compassion fatigue seeking which can lead to overwhelming and possibly debilitating emotional states.

    Together we addresses the inevitable emotional challenges around ‘occupational hazards’ and aim to transition from a state of surviving to thriving.
