Embodied yoga healing circle incorporating traditional supportive group sharing experiences with mindful, introspective, trauma-informed yoga practices. An empowerment course offering designed to be sensitive towards women survivors of trauma & secondary trauma.


  1. Humanitarian aid worker Listening Circle: A space dedicated to hearing the unique needs of the humanitarian aid workers while gathering preliminary data to refine the HART program.

  2. Humanitarian Aid Resiliency Training (H.A.R.T): Training designed for aid workers addressing secondary trauma and resilience building . With an emphasis on the neurophysiology of trauma we will explore compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and systemic trauma. We will then explore mindfulness based practices strengthening the mind-body understanding while cultivating resilience.
