Embodied trauma healing circles incorporate traditional supportive group sharing experiences with mindful, introspective, trauma-informed yoga practices designed to be sensitive towards women survivors of trauma.

YOGA ESTROGEN PROJECT

An 8-week course designed for women, offering training in yoga, meditation and women’s health issues (reproductive health, domestic violence, mental health, etc.) with an emphasis around family and community strengthening.

CARE FOR CAREGIVERS

Mind and body wellness training for NGO staff and volunteer centered around trauma-informed care. With an emphasis on the neurophysiology of trauma while looking at secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout prevention. Yoga healing circles for caregivers also offered as needed.
