  1. Humanitarian Aid Resiliency Training (H.A.R.T): Training designed for aid workers addressing secondary trauma and resilience building . With an emphasis on the neurophysiology of trauma we will explore compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and systemic trauma. We will then explore mindfulness based practices strengthening the mind-body understanding while cultivating resilience.
